The finishing work was well done; the floor was in bad shape and he fixed it and made it look amazing. If I had more $$ I would have had him redo the entire bathroom. Rafael arrived early, worked the whole day, and consulted me on every step of progress made. Rafael was always professional, polite, respectful, and well-tempered. I have had workers who have come in with foul language, loud music, and on their phones the whole time. Rafael is a rarity - he and his co-worker completely respect the client's home. Within just a few days, he removed, sanded and painted our kitchen cabinets as well as installed our new stainless steal double wall oven and dishwasher - he did it all within the deadline agreed upon and left the kitchen as cleaned as he had found it.
