"Key Prime was one of four estimates I received. The owner showed up on time, did a thorough assessment and gave me a detailed estimate for several different shingle products. The price was fair so I hired them and they were ready to put me on their schedule in early Spring. The work was started on time despite dealing with some late Spring snow. The roofing crew was respectful of my property and showed up as promised each day. After installing the roof, the property was swept thoroughly for nails and leftover roofing materials. Communication was absolutely great and emails and phone calls were promptly answered and after the whole thing was complete I was sent a parcel which included a small notebook with the final documents and included a receipt, lien release, Limited Lifetime Warranty Form and copy of the original contract. This was one of the better contractor experiences I have had and I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof."

"We needed a minor roof repair- flashing needed to be nailed down and I spent all day yesterday calling around and begging handymen and roofing contractors to come over and take a look, no luck at all. Either all were booked out until next Spring or the job was not worth their time and effort to come out. I called Buck with Eagle Siding headquartered in Burnsville and he offered to come out within the hour and take care of the repair. WOW, just wow...he came out, nailed the sucker down and made additional minor repairs as well. His charge was very fair for a simple job, but I would not hesitate to refer them or call them back if we had siding or roofing issues in the future. However, I was told the workers would arrive at my house between 6 and 6:30 am because of the Phoenix heat and the workers arrived at about 5:30 am without advance notice. I was also told that the work would take three days, happily it only took two."

The end result is beautiful; we love it! Kaufman was among the higher estimates we received, but you get what you pay for and, in this instance, it was worth it. "They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule.
