Even though our roof was much steeper than he usually works on he agreed to replace the glass in our three skylights. He did an excellent job and I couldn't be more thrilled. The office staff (Tania and others) answered all of my questions and explained how the insurance process would work. It took a little longer than they said but that was because of the insurance company. Once everything was approved they came in a day or so at 7:30am and finished by about 4. They stripped and reshuffled one roof (About 2000 sq ft) and fixed the damaged roof that could be repaired over garage. They cleaned up well when they were done."

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house.They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. "If you are looking to have masonry works done, either on a large or small scale I highly recommend Sammy’s Construction.  After our initial meeting Sammy invited me to visit his website to view his work afterwards which, I was stunned and impressed, and in this age of digital photo touchup I am happy to say his actual work matched the photos seen on his website. I had many questions that I think would have annoyed the average contractor but Sammy showed sincere courtesy, exceptional patience and genuine concern.  The jobs in question I had them do were, repair to my chimney and adding steps to my backyard. I received quotes for the job from several other contractors that were twice the price Sammy offered. After hearing Sammy’s detailed analysis I would have gladly paid the higher prices to have them done correctly, but the quote he offered was still considerably less than the same work offered by his competitors.
