He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

They removed the old flooring and replaced it repaired any low spots and bad subfloor and we are very satisfied with the finished product. There were some challenges due to the previous installation of the old flooring by someone else and they had an answer for any problems they encountered. They were friendly, polite , professional and very knowledgeable in their trade ! They cleaned up everything and went the xtra mile to be mindful of my wife working from home during the job !
