They were honest and upfront about how much it would cost and if they had to replace any rotted sheets of plywood how much it would cost per sheet to replace. The person who came and gave me the quote, office staff, and roofers were very professional and polite. The crew who replaced my roof did a full tear off and replacement and left no trash on my property, not even one stray roofing nail. The materials they used are high quality materials. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired."

"I called Anthony yesterday. He was in the middle of a job but took my info and said he would meet me the next morning. It was raining at the appointment time but he arrive on time. He evaluated the repair and had the correct shingles on his truck. He gave me a fair price and completed the work in the rain. He was very professional and I will certainly use him again. Upon inspection, I was informed the job was going to be easier than expected and reduced the price originally quoted over the phone. While up on the the roof, Christopher Carrothers took pictures of his repair, plus the flashing for the two bathroom vents to show they should have a touchup, which I agreed after seeing the pictures. There was an additional and acceptable charge for the touchup; which was very reasonable. Christopher did quality work and was able to come out the same day after his scheduled work was completed. The pictures he took were a great help in seeing the work he had done and in seeing the condition of the other two vent tubes flashing. Christopher told me that his company does other home related work, which I will keep in mind for any future home repair work."

"We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."

"Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Home Genius Exteriors. Roofing jobs are expensive, they just are. The sales consultant - Andre Irving - is an exemplary professional! We really enjoyed working with him to discuss the whole project, particulars about our roof, and our concerns and worries. Andre spends time getting to know you enough to understand how to make a deal happen. He showed us the whole product, assisted us to understand the money and financing, and we all agreed on "Midnight Plum" as the color! Communication from the agency was prompt and we always had someone to reach out to. They were able to schedule the work extremely fast - we met with Andre on a Friday, and the crew was out the following Tuesday - new roof, done, Tuesday evening. There was a project manager - we spoke with two of them, Tony and Evan - available on the project site. The only issue we had was some confusion about the dumpster. It got left overnight in our driveway - not the biggest issue in the world, just some confusion. The next evening we did a walkthrough of the whole project. Tony provided us with an overview of the warranty, and showed us the work that had to be done to our roof for repairs, etc. It was clear that it is a company with growth as a goal - they do really want the job, and 5-star reviews. I wouldn't give one if I didn't think they earned it, but you will find the reviews are valuable to the project managers and they will let you know that as their target. They'll stand there while you write them - I guess they get a bonus with getting good reviews. That was the only piece that stuck out to me as needing a little more finesse, but other than that, and like I began, overall we are happy with our new roof from Home Genius Exteriors."

"I hired Quality Builders to clean my gutters and Cristian the business owner came and did a fantastic job, he also looked at my roof and many places that were not correct when a new rough installed. He took pictures to show me where the wood had started to rot and how I had a leak in my bathroom and other areas because of shoddy work.
