He set up an appointment to examine the stove. Upon doing so he ordered the heating element and replaced it later in the week. Brendan was prompt and professional. The stove worked correctly. The price was about $260.00. This is not the kind of thing I have much experience getting repaired. I feel the rate is reasonable but don't have other experiences for a frame of reference.
