"Linda arrived for the initial consultation and we again discussed my preferences and goals for her consultation.  Linda brought an entire pallet of colors with her.  She was able to assist me in selecting color that worked with each room and its contents.  During this process, it became clear as to which color shades would be best and would also provide the most unity, balance and flow between rooms.  Since she is also a profession home stager ,she was also able to suggest some minor changes that would help in selling our house should we decide to do so. During the consultation Linda was able to alleviate any doubts and the feeling of, <br /> " I'm not sure."   She helped me express my own sense of style and love for color, while keeping in mind what the trends in the  real estate market.  Linda also recommended some excellent painter and carpenter contractors.  They also were top-notch.  After the work was completed she stopped by to see the painting and a few of the updates. Some areas, that have been, shall we say, neglected over the years, don't get totally done in one visit, but have been improving with each visit (our master bath shower, for example, which has been looking fairly awful the last few years, maybe doesn't need to be replaced after all -- who knew it would look so nice with some work?). My wife loves coming home to a clean house every two weeks!
