"After waiting 7 months for Lowe’s to install and wrap my windows I finally gave up! I did a goggle search and Residential Facelift came up right away. Robert was sympathetic to the problems that I was experiencing at Lowe’s and agreed to help me right away. He came out the very next week and installed my windows. The next week he had one of his employees come out and do the wrapping. He even matched the price I already had! My install date for Lowe’s is January 22. I was told I couldn’t schedule a date for wrapping until the install was done. Which would have been another 6 weeks! Thank God I found Robert! The house is a flip and I was desperate! "I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."

"That was it.  Brad Rogers came, did a detailed evaluation of the whole house painting job, made several GREAT suggestions and promised to have me an estimate on the work in a few days.  I gave him my email address and he said he would send me the estimate of work.  Then nothing.  I waited.  I never heard from him.  I finally had to look elsewhere.
Even though I needed the entire house painted (two stories with a front, side and back porch) with some carpentry repair, he gave me the impression during the evaluation that my job was too small, from some of his comments ("we have done a lot bigger jobs than this" or "I can work you in").  He may have been joking, but since he didn't get back to me on an estimate, I may have been correct in my feelings.

"To start, they were very responsive to all inquiries for quotes, described in detail the work to be done, stuck within the limits of their quotes and the subcontractor they hired to do the gutter portion of the job was top notch. All work was done professionally. The workers/staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all inquiries to my satisfaction. I would like to state they had weather related issues that delayed the work some, which they let me know so I would not be wondering if/when work would be done. We had two such delays. They showed up on time as agreed upon, the work they did was top notch and very professional looking and will add to the value of my home. And they did cleanup to the point you could not tell they had ever been there. A first for me, where many other companies that have done work for me have left messes in the past, there was nothing left on the ground or in my beds after they were done. The small company they hired to do the gutter portion of the work was the best I have seen. Superb! What I thought was a good solution, based upon other homes in my neighborhood, they actually designed and installed a much better solution. The homes in my neighborhood had small drains in the back of the gutter, drained directly onto the roof (which in itself may not be an issue but could be potentially later if water is getting under the shingles) and it was easy to tell they were 'quick installs', cheap options. What this company did with mine is they placed the new downspout towards the front of the gutter, to one side (on the big one up front on both sides), with a much longer downspout, where when the water comes out, it comes out onto the lowest part of that roof area and is directed away from the wooded/painted areas, and towards splash guards. Less risk of getting under the shingles, drains almost directly into a lower gutter and by being directed towards splash guards, it is less likely to splash over onto folks walking underneath. I would use either company again, without pause. Their pricing was very competitive, their estimate was very detailed, and I felt very comfortable with everyone that came out to work on my house. They deserve and have earned my strongest recommendation! Thanks for the great job and the flexibility to work around the weather issues that seem to keep coming up."
