He wanted another check to start work of $2,000 made out to him(Ismael Castaneda). Last day he was here we gave him a check made out to him Ismael Castaneda for $3.000 on May 31. He said he would be back in a week, June 7 to finish and install the handrail. He did not come or call. We called him a few times after asking when he would be back . Gave us a date but never showed or called. Last time called him was June 19. He said he would be over "tomorrow"."

"Mostly happy with the work done. This project turned into a total revamp of my back yard and it was expensive but the cost was appropriate. They graded my lawn, installed a patio, a french drain, tied in the gutters to the french drain, created a gravel area for my dogs and over seeded my back yard as well as put up a temp fence to protect the new grass from my dogs and shored up my fence from the inside to prevent digging/potential escape. Estimates were clear & concise (Molly is awesome!). The team was fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. It took about 5 days and those men worked HARD! The only flaw is that the french drain does not work efficiently. I have reached out to Tom many times and although he stopped by to look at the problem once, it has not been resolved."

"After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. However, they were diligent and professional throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. The wall looks great and is an appealing improvement to the home. We will be using them again to replace our patio in our backyard."
