"A Home Renovation LLC (Owner: Javier) ​Overall Rating: 2 out of 5 Stars (DO NOT RECOMMEND) ​I hired A Home Renovation LLC for a porch renovation, which included a smaller, agreed-upon auxiliary job. While the project was completed, the experience was deeply unsatisfactory due to both subpar workmanship in highly visible areas and the highly unprofessional and belligerent behavior of the owner, Javier. ​Issues with Professionalism and Communication ​Javier is exceptionally challenging and argumentative to work with. His communication was defined by open hostility, sarcasm, and dismissal of customer input. ​Argumentative and Dismissive: He was openly hostile to basic customer questions and input. When questioned, he repeatedly reminded me that he had "been doing this work 10 years," using his asserted experience to dismiss any concern or design preference I had. ​Rude and Disproportionate: When I politely requested an itemized receipt, his immediate, disproportionate response was: "Jesus Christ you told me at my earliest convenience. I'm working on it. I've been busy." Fairway windows is your low price leader for replacement windows. We have a window to fit your budget. Many companies advertise low prices, but we beat them all with our economy style pricing. Purchase only what you want at Fairway windows.

"I purchased 11 windows from fairway on 6/27 with a 4-8 week timeframe. They said it may run up to 9-12 weeks due to supply delays and that was fine with me. After 3 months I contacted them and was told they aren’t in with no estimated arrival date. I continued to call and sometimes I was able to get through to the receptionist who was always in her car and didn’t have any additional information to provide. She would always say that Gary would get in contact with me but out of all the calls I made, I was only able to speak to him once. I continued calling and by late October they finally said 5 were in and agreed to install them which was done on 10/31 and said they would discount me $150.. They did not notify me that they were coming to install on that day and left the door to my unit open but at least half were done so I was somewhat relieved!! I proceeded to call until late December and they continued to say no windows. At this point, I asked to cancel them because I was looking at selling and since over 6 months had passed I no longer had need for them. They said this wasn’t an option and that it would have to be canceled through the manufacturer. I asked for that number but they wouldn’t provide it and said she would have to call to check. No update was ever given. Now we are at mid March, a full 9 months since ordering and I have given up on receiving the windows. They required half a deposit upfront which was 2001.58. The windows that I did not receive were going to require more work removing the steel so they were more expensive than the 5 I did get. So in short, over the last 9 months, I ended up receiving half my order and paid $2000 of the $4000 bill but only received $1375 worth of my order. I feel liked I was scammed out of my money for services that were never going to be provided and I just want a return of my deposit that was taken from me. Now after seeing how many others are in the reviews experiencing the same thing I filed a complaint with BBB and my credit card company."

"Ordered my cabinets on 9/6/21. Upon arrival 12/7/21, 6 items were missing and 2 cabinet doors were the wrong size. The 6 missing items were delivered and I discovered that 4 of the items from the order were a different color (this was not due to the natural variation in wood, they were a completely different shade). Late December Reico delivered 2 cabinet doors to replace the wrong size that was delivered earlier and they were a COMPLETELY different design. For the third time, the replacement doors were delivered in late February. After repeatedly requesting the replacement of the 4 items that were a different color, Reico reps visited my home and I was told they would not keep remaking my cabinets and agreed to replace 1 of the 4 items. Reico delivered the one door on March 7 and I now have cabinetry in 2 different colors. They were agreeable to remake 2 doors three times due to their incompetence in placing the correct order with the manufacturer but would not remake the items that were made the wrong color. When requested, Kesley could not explain Quality Assurance Standards or Tolerance/Limits for color variation. These 4 items should have never passed quality inspection. I am completely dissatisfied with the Customer Service and Quality standards of this company."
