"On a scale from 1 to 10; 10 being the highest, I would rate Brendan's work an 11.  Very professional; on time and is very detail oriented.  He cleaned every area after performing the work. He came out initially to repair items that were on a list provided from the home inspection. He came back a week later to install some hardware that had to be ordered and took care of some additional items as well.  I was so pleased by his initial work that I called again when I discovered that my dining room window had water damage which was hidden by the blinds I had removed.
