He was a cheerful, knowledgeable, well informed, efficient, and very professional worker; and, (best of all), cleaned up what little mess he made on his own, (that is to say, he vacuumed the dust and dirt from the area he was working in as well as wiping up any little spots that needed to be wiped. This was a first for me! Usually, whenever someone has been out to work on my home, the mess was left for me! One wouldn't know that work had been done on our home at all! <br /> Karl's work was excellent.
