"My connection to Frank's Flooring was made thru Angi's List. He promptly called, made an appointment, showed up early, and provided us a quote with timelines and recommendations to refinish our hardwood floors. The floors showed significant damage from years of carpet and foam. He was able to amazingly bring them back to life. Once we selected him for the job, he started the next day and worked diligently every day until the job was completed. His detail to his profession was outstanding including his preparation and clean-up. We are very happy with the finished product."

"What a beautiful job! I already had the flooring which the installers laid perfectly. No mars or scratches. The installers were very polite and paid attention to detail. Thank you Footprint Floors!"

"Daniel responded to my request withib minutes of making it. We communicated via text message. He was easy to schedule and I had to reschedule because my closing on my home was delayed and we were able to find a mutual time. He came and did a wonderful job refinishing my floors. I purchased an old home and the floors required some repair. In addition to the refinishing. The finished result is great. I would have him do my floors over again."

"It went great. The tech (Dave - a very friendly & knowledgeable fellow) did a fantastic job. Also, even before Dave arrived, the representative on the phone gave me some extremely useful advice. They really are Heroes!!"

"It was great. They were professional and they cleaned up after themselves."

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"Outstanding! Michael was very responsive and communicated well. We walked through the project and when he felt the work was unwarranted then he would recommend not doing the work. As work proceeded Michael always sought our approval for anything not agreed upon or changes. Work was completed in a timely manner! I would recommend YUSAW 100%"

"They were phenomenal!!! The carpets looked amazing after they were done. Highly recommend them."

"The main house re-roofing went fine. The carport/storage shed flat roof, not so good. The initial project, remove old roof, bad plywood and wood joists, replace with 30lb paper and 5v metal, well. After the first rain, leaks were discovered. The contractor came back and replaced the 30lb felt with ice and snow shield and re-screwed down the metal. A couple of good rains and the roof still leaks. Not a big leak, but little leaks turn into big ones and then major repair.
I have tried to get them to come back out to repair the very minor leak for at least 6 weeks now, and all I have gotten from them is lip/text service. It will take me more time to write this negative review about their poor customer service
then it will to make the repair!!! By the way,  the roof repair is only about 3-4 months old.
