He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Ivis came as scheduled took measurements and told me exactly what I was going to need, including the self leveler I didn’t know I needed. I’m glad he knows what he’s doing. He didn’t just lay the floor over the ugly green tile like many would do. He took the old tile off and installed the floor. Very little wasted material. Quick and efficient. My wife and I are very satisfied with the way the floor came out. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be contacting him shortly for more projects."
