Separately he repainted our front porch including stabilizing a porch post that had some rot at the base. Paul and his crew were polite, efficient, professional, and did excellent work. "Thomas and John did a wonderful job cleaning our 70 year old slate foyer. It was dirty, dull and stained. The grout was filthy. They arrived promptly at 1:00 and several hours later we could barely believe our eyes! The foyer was gorgeous and restored to its original beauty. They also repaired a broken piece of marble on the hearth of our fireplace. (They are coming back to remove some acidic stains on that, as well.) They left everything neat & tidy after the job was complete. Thomas and John were true professionals....friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about slate/stone/marble. They explained the process, so there were no surprises. Cost of work was very fair. One more thing, and I think it's an important one - Thomas and John didn't smell like some service people that have been in our home -- no cigarette, marijuana or alcohol odors and not once did we hear any profanity. It was so refreshing. We will be using them again and do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone!"

This included all floor preparation with an industrial diamond concrete grinder, repaired a damaged floor drain area and a large crack across my entire floor. The entire project took less than 2 full days. They also gave me the use of a storage trailer to store all my stuff while they did the work on the floor and even let me keep the trailer another five days while I had my garage walls and ceilings painted. I strongly recommend Innovative Garages if you're considering having your concrete garage floor repaired and looking beautiful. "Great experience. I called in mid to late March to schedule an estimate and within the few days had a quote in hand from a comprehensive on-site meeting. I received 3 estimates in total from other competitors and although Exterior Wood Restoration was a little more expense then the other estimates their presentation, professionalism and quality are/were worth the money. Due to weather (which no one can control) there was a gap in work but the crew did what they could when they could. The crew power washed the deck, sanded boards where the previous stain would not come off and even replaced a few boards on top of our arbor. The stain that they use is the best I have ever seen. Far superior to any store brand and most of their competitors. The crew took their time to make sure that every nook and cranny of our deck and arbor were fully saturated. They did an excellent job cleaning up and always checked with me prior to work being completed to see if I was satisfied. They finished-up today (4/22/13) and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Excellent job!

"Things went great! Jason's price was very fair and he provided great service. His team was punctual every day and ensured we were satisfied throughout the entire process. They not only painted, they spackled walls where previous nails were and even changed lightbulbs for us in the 2 story foyer.  Each day, was a full 8+ hours of painting and many evenings, they worked through the night to ensure we could be in the home by Christmas. The paint used was top quality and they were very cautious around the home, ensuring no spills or messes were made. Jason would communicate if he had any questions (kids rooms had a specific vertical line design) and would also text/call if we missed him that day, to ensure we were pleased the days work.  We anticipate using him in the future, so we had him to take measurements of the basement to complete some drywall repair and painting down there. Job well done!
