"Joel Thomas and the people that work with him are professional, polite, and considerate. There is no need to be concerned about the people working with him. He is very helpful in suggesting colors that work well. He let me know when they would arrive, and they were on time. They covered and moved furniture, and worked hard and carefully. They patched imperfections on the walls, and painted the ceiling and walls. They also replaced four light fixtures that I had purchased. They cleaned up after the work was done, moved furniture back, and made sure that I checked to be sure everything was OK. Joel Thomas has painted and done repairs on the outside of my home twice before, and I would always hire him for that kind of work."

"Awesome! HIGHLY recommend! Rick came to my home for an estimate. He arrived promptly and he gave me a lot of good information which helped me make a decision. He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. I think one hallmark of an outstanding company is not only how well they do the work but also how well they respond to a problem. There was an issue with one of the windows and it was resolved promptly and very satisfactorily. If you are considering window replacement, give Matt and Rick a call. Excellent service. "Bought a new home that has a Hot Springs tub. I've never owned an outdoor hot tub, so needed Joe to help clean and service the tub and teach me how to maintain the tub on my own. He was very responsive as we coordinated a day and time, and he was more than happy to share details about the tub and how to care for it. He gave me tips on what I should and should not be concerned with and then the step by step on chemicals and maintaining proper PH, etc. I never questioned his knowledge. He was thorough and very helpful and had a nice laid back approach.Apparently he spent many years working for Hot Springs and has been caring for customers for many many years as a service person.
