Everything was in writing and the install went as expected. The install was FANTASTIC!! Tommy was very meticulous and methodical! If you are worried about a mess left behind you won’t need to worry about that... he was always cleaning up as he went. Also.. if you are worried that there will be a mess in your landscape or driveway they won’t leave you with that complaint either! Barrier Windows gets Five stars with me. "Thomas and John did a wonderful job cleaning our 70 year old slate foyer. It was dirty, dull and stained. The grout was filthy. They arrived promptly at 1:00 and several hours later we could barely believe our eyes! The foyer was gorgeous and restored to its original beauty. They also repaired a broken piece of marble on the hearth of our fireplace. (They are coming back to remove some acidic stains on that, as well.) They left everything neat & tidy after the job was complete. Thomas and John were true professionals....friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about slate/stone/marble. They explained the process, so there were no surprises. Cost of work was very fair. One more thing, and I think it's an important one - Thomas and John didn't smell like some service people that have been in our home -- no cigarette, marijuana or alcohol odors and not once did we hear any profanity. It was so refreshing. We will be using them again and do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone!"

"Paul did some minor drywall repair after we fixed a plumbing leak. He repainted the ceiling and the kitchen. Separately he repainted our front porch including stabilizing a porch post that had some rot at the base. Paul and his crew were polite, efficient, professional, and did excellent work. Everything was thoroughly repaired and prepared rather than just putting a pretty face over it. We were always informed of our options, what would happen, and when. "The provider did an amazing job finishing the interior trim work in the house.  They completed all of the caulking/sanding/painting for the doors, base trim, chair rails, and crown molding.  They paid great attention to detail and were able to complete a significant amount of work in 3 days.  I am a DIY'er and it would have taken me weeks to complete the work.  The quality of work is outstanding.

In late December of 2013, there was a leak that had appeared in a complicated valley. The 12/12 pitch roof drains down to a wall of siding. I came home to see Ice running down the wall of my front porch and found ice in the attic at that valley. I immediately called Don Jordan and told him the bad news. He came out within the hour and looked at the damage. Within a day or two, once the area had thawed, he sent someone out to see if an immediate repair could be made. That repairman did not find a leak and said that some roofs are just meant to leak, to which I immediately disagreed. The repairman relayed his findings to Don. Don called and told me that he did not agree with the repairman, and that roofs are not meant to leak. Don said he would do a free replacement when it got warmer. I noticed that it did not leak when it rained, but only when there was snow in the valley. I mentioned this to Don and he noted that it was probably an issue with the ice and water shield. As it got warmer outside, he followed up with me a couple of times to find out if it was leaking. Since it only leaked after the one heavy snow, I was willing to work around Don's other jobs. He let me know a couple of times that he had not forgotten about me and assured that he would take care of it before it got cold again. In mid September, Don sent out his repair expert to make sure the valley did not leak again. Don's repair expert, José, was able to confidently identify what was causing the leak and repair the valley properly. I had previously worked with Don and José back in 2010 for a repair on this same valley that had held up to rain and heavy snow, prior to hail tearing up the entire roof in 2011. After the first repair had held, I knew that José would do a great job. He meticulously repaired/replaced the valley and within 6 hours. Don and José were professional and cleaned up after the repair. There were 3.5 bundles of unused shingles left over from the project that I offered to buy from Jordan Roofing to have on hand the event that the Flagstone color scheme would be discontinued. Don gave me the extra shingles that as a thank you for being flexible with the timing of the free repair.

"We found TilePro on Angies List and sent Joe a message. He called us back that same evening and scheduled to come out the next day. When he saw the shower floor, he noticed a several things wrong with it that we were not aware of, and it was clear to see that Joe knows a whole lot about shower floors and how they should be installed to drain correctly. We hired him to do the job, and he scheduled us very quickly and communicated very well about exactly when he would come. He was always on time, he was careful not to make a mess in our house, and he and his employee were very polite and professional. He finished the job in two days and we are delighted with our shower. This is the guy you need if you have a problem with your shower, but I would definitely hire him again for any type of tile job. He really knows his stuff."
