"We had been told previously by other companies in recent years that we needed a new well dug. We read the reviews on this company and liked that they had lots of experience dealing with wells. We thought we’d get their assessment and C and J felt it was our well pump and they were right. It was a two day job because of the difficulties with removing the old pump . They had to do an acid wash overnight to loosen the old pump and facilitate removal and then flushed out the well before putting in the new pump. Everyone was very professional and explained every step. They also gave us tips on keeping our well and new pump in good working order. Many wells in our area are, like ours, slow recovery wells so they also advised putting on a regulator to keep it from getting overwhelmed. Because of the difficulty with the old pump and it being a two day job, it was a bit more expensive than we had anticipated but it was worth it to feel confident that things were done correctly. Our new pump is working great. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them especially to anyone with well problems!"

I called Plumbing, Heating Paramedics and was able to schedule a time a few days later. The service team member was friendly, professional, he wore a mask and booties. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. "He, himself, arrived at our scheduled time and was professional and informative from the get-go. He tested our water and confirmed it was pretty awful, which of course, we already knew.. we just didn't know how bad. He made some suggestions and we were completely sold on his advice, confidence, suggestions and knowledge. One tech arrived a week later and replaced the softener with the new magical one. Another tech arrived to help with the completion and installation of the osmosis system. They did a great job, answered lots of questions and advised that we'd see instant results in the cold water and once the hot water tank was empty with existing water, instant results there too... in maybe 5 days. It only took 4!! WE LOVE OUR WATER and no longer hold our noses when showering or brushing our teeth. We no longer race out to buy bags of ice when company is on the way and we can actually drink water from the filter water from the kitchen sink for the first time ever.
