I recently moved from the state of Florida to Indiana in 2024, I've been doing masonry work for a little over 6 years now and the previous work I did before that I was a carpenter for 8 years a roofer for 6 years you can say I am a jack of all trades I love the work that I do and I'm hoping I will have the opportunity to work with some you lovely people of Indiana. "We recently moved in to a 20 year old house.  All of the exterior door are in need of some repari and/or replacemtnt.  Complete Window and Door came out to give us an estimate and took the time to answer all of our questions.  While the cost seemed high, we did decide to go with a high quality door that has a lifetime warranty.  The sales man took the time to explain the added benefits of using a Provia door. 
The foreman installed the door in a few hours and it looks great.  We also purchased door hardware from the company as well - they took care of everything.
There was a piece that was bent and they told us they would take care of it right away to make it right.  I appreciated that they were upfront about this and had a solution before I had to ask for one.
We will definitely use them again in the future.  They returned our calls in a timely manner and were great to work with.

"It was fine. We should have probably called them back. He did it really quick and it was very neat.  But I think maybe because it was so fast, there was one guy that did the bedroom, the paint bubbled up in a couple of spots. He did say that it should go down completely and if it didn't, to call him back. We had like two spots that didn't but in his defense, I didn't call him back.  I would definitely use them again, but if it happened I would call them back and I think he would make good on it.  They came out pretty quickly to do the work. There were no additional charges and he stuck completely by the Deal."
