"The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

His brother managed the crew when the job started. It went very smoothly. The team had 4 men and finished the job in only 2 days. The system has kept my basement dry through summer down pours and the most recent snow melt. No water leaks. Everyone was very courteous and efficient. I am very happy with the service.
