The technician was Mike G. who called about 10 minutes before arrival. He explained what he would do, then proceeded to inspect the attic and roof, making some repairs to the roof as necessay. When completed, we sat down to review pictures and discuss options. Mike G. explained things clearly but did not pressure us to do anything at this time. When the time comes to repair or replace the roof, we will definitely contact American Home Contractors."

"Excellent experience.  The estimate was very detailed, and more than competitive.  I had time constraints, that Mr Coulter and crew accommodated at no additional cost.  Since they painted the interior of the entire house, there was extensive wall preparation needed in several rooms (due to some very old wall paper removal), and their attention to detail ensured a consistent quality throughout the house.
I wanted the job done correctly--this was the right contractor. 
The crew was professional, clean, and very pleasant individuals to have in my home for a week.  They were extremely detailed -- the quality of work showed an impressive sense of pride.  They went through at the end of each day carefully looking for any flaws, drips, etc., immediately  correcting any issues (there might have been a drop or two -- they work meticulously to avoid mistakes).
Essentially, when they were done, my house looked amazing--better than expected.
I would use them again, and highly recommend them.
