He also provided references. Tim spent a large amount of time with us, looking at what needed to be done, he also took time to look at our home and our style. Once the plan was completed he dealt with the insurance adjuster and suppliers. This took so much pressure off of us. Tim supplied us with a physical address for his company, as well as his phone numbers in the event that we needed him day or night. My husband has been involved in the construction business for over forty years he is the one who originally built our home. I have been involved with construction for over thirty years, We have never witnessed a owner of a large company supply customers with home phone numbers . The team arrived on the first day, after that we really only needed one installer. The slate tile flooring and marble tiles for the walls are perfection. The shower unit ( all glass) and the vanity looks and works wonderfully. I would recommend Kiefer-Randall for any project. We will be remodeling our kitchen soon, this is the only company that we will utilize. They may be a little more expensive than the guy in a pickup truck, but their quality and guarantee is worth it. Handles put on crooked, marked and damaged corner of one door under sink, end caps of counters were never finished and have fallen off.  Two weeks after, it was necessary to have them return for leaks under both of the double sinks.  Leak occurred on Saturday evening and they came to repair it on Monday evening so we had two days without access too my kitchen sink.  It was the weekend before Thanksgiving and we were preparing to have our family dinner on Sunday.  As a result, we had to move everything including the dinner to my son's house, <br />"

( Remember it was late Friday, PLUS he lives in Endicott and we are located up in Chenango Bridge.) <br /> He arrived, smiling and friendly, within the hour, expertly sized up and resolved the situation, and was soon finished, much to our relief and gratitude.  As he left, we chatted about our families and got to know one another a bit.  We waved as he drove away, and almost had the urge to ask, "Who was that masked man?", the way the townsfolk always did after being rescued by the Lone Ranger. <br /> His 40-someodd years of experience certainly paid off for us, and we have already asked him to return to help us with other things around the house.  He really knows what he's doing.  We feel so grateful to have found someone who would put himself out to help strangers in need, even ON a Friday night. <br />"
