We specialize in detail power washing and preserving/sealing of exterior wood structures; decks, fences, retaining walls, docks, pergolas, gazebos, etc.. We use commercial grade, oil base, 100% penetrating oil, transparent preservatives, and generally can provide 3 year to 7 year warranties for tint retention, wood preservation, and mold/mildew inhibition, depending on wood type and the surrounding environment. We also specialize in stripping away old transparent and semi-transparent coatings from wood. Once the wood is exposed, bare, and dry, we apply our oil base preservatives. We have been in business 31 years, and have been an Angi contractor member for 29 years. We strive to satisfy all our customers and will go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. I know and understand that I don’t have much of a portfolio. However, please don’t let that steer you away, as myself and my partner have plenty of experience in these types of construction. I myself worked for a company that done cell tower sites (fencing) and now I’m ready to step out on my own. I have built many decks in the past, and I can assure to anyone that you will get great quality work. All of the work that comes through our company is warrantied for 1 year. This covers normal damage/lumber defects, staining not upholding for the length of time, or it just doesn’t uphold our customers standards (to a certain extent). I hope to work with each everyone of our customers, and look to start getting things scheduled.
