His high energy, flooring knowledge and a communication was a welcome breath of fresh air. We decided on an English walnut stain and a Bona polyurethane in a Semi Gloss finish. The workers showed up on time, treated my house with respect, left it cleaner than they found it and when it was all finished Greg came by, walked thru the entire project and wanted to make sure I was completed satisfied before he took final payment. "I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! Derek and his staff were always available when I needed them and anytime I made changes to the project Derek took it in stride and worked with me to make sure I was happy. One of the things that really made me happy when dealing with Derek is that when he would come to the house on a day that he wasn’t on site, he would review the work done and at times would find something that he deemed unacceptable that my wife and I didn’t even notice and would have the work redone to make sure it was perfect. This was a huge project that I was very nervous about and Derek and his staff made sure things went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We did everything from new siding and a new roof, to a full kitchen remodel, new laundry room, new covered deck, and central air among other things.
