"I cannot stress enough how pleased I am at the job Julio did. The project was a set of glass interior doors that needed to have the holes for the door knob and hinges drilled and routed. One frame was an existing bi-fold door and had to be set up for a standard door. This was not an easy install and a number of other handymen on the top of Angies list admitted they could not handle the job and others gave me the feeling that they were accepting to do something they were not experienced in. Being that they are expensive doors I kept looking until I spoke with Julio and was satisfied with his confidence to be able to do the job. He came in and did the job perfectly! He was very pleasant and very meticulous. When he was done I asked him about a screen repair on the top of my lanai. The screen pulled out and needed the spline refitted. This would have cost a lot to have a screen guy come out just for that job and Julio took care of it for me at a fraction of the cost. If you are reading my review then you are looking for a handyman....trust me and give him a call,,,you will never use anyone else again!"

"Hired David Graf to repair a rotten beam on our patio, replace stucco/drywall around it, and redo the second floor balcony decking with new hand railings. Not only David provided us with the most competitive estimate, he realized some material savings during the process which ended up saving about 10% at the end. Quality exceeded our expectations. "The job went well in the beginning while I was paying them in increments ,but the job started to get sloppy.The cabinet installers left a lot of wood clippings inside the cabinets from their drilling.It took my sister a day to clean the cabinets out which they were supposed to clean up behind themselves.The quality of the cabinets aren’t the best.I’m having problems with one of the cabinet drawers not closing properly.They also left trash at my house daily,and I had to constantly tell them to remove it.The cabinet guys installed an island cover over the base of the island that I paid $1900 for which was poor quality.The island cover is crooked,and it has gaps at the top of it with dried caulk all over the base of it.Flavio left caulk between the hardwood planks,and he promised to return to clean it up,but he never returned.The hardwood floor planks in the hallway sinks in and shift when you walk on the floor because the flooring guys didn’t put enough glue underneath the planks.Also,I had a leak underneath the kitchen sink and when I called flavio to come repair it,he promised that he would send the plumber to fix it.I had to constantly call and text him then flavio and Jess blocked my calls.I had to get my sister to call flavio and jess from her phone number that they didn’t recognize to get them to respond which is a shame.When I was paying them in increments,they were really responsive and willing to please.However,after I paid them in full,they treated me like I didn’t matter anymore.Flavio told me the work came with a year warranty,but he didn’t want to fix any of the sloppy workmanship."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"We had two properties that Jose worked on. We had large cracks in a stairwell, three ceilings and multiple walls. They did an excellent job repairing all the plaster cracks and painting all areas. You would never know they were ever there. I did get three different quotes and his price was excellent. I would hire them again in a heart beat for this kind of work. They also did a bunch of miscellaneous smaller jobs. Drywall and such. Jose was very responsive to all of my questions and a pleasure to work with. He was always smiling and cheerful. This is hard to find with a contractor. ?"

"Brent and his crew did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier with the improvement it has made towards the appearance of the house. Multiple neighbors around the block have even stopped by to comment on how impressed they were with the whole process. Both Brent and his crew were very friendly and answered any questions I had throughout the work. When I got home after work on the first day I couldn't believe that they had been able to tear off both of the roofs, repair the wood, renail the decking, install hurricane straps and and put on the peel and stick in one day . Amazing! The drip edge and shingles were then installed over the course of the next 2 days by a smaller crew who were equally friendly and professional. When they left, the place was always as clean as it was when they arrived. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Very happy we decided to go with B. Griffith on this project."

He pays close attention to detail and did the entire project in just 3 days. From framing, electrical, drywall to outside stucco he did it all to absolute perfection. "I could not have been more pleased with Chris Barnhardt and his crew. We needed what we though was a very straight-forward repair on four support posts that were rotted. Chris came out and gave a detailed estimate that was very reasonable and more complete than several others I received, and we signed a contract. Communication and timeliness were excellent throughout the process, and once permits and plans were complete, work on the balcony started. That's when things took some very unexpected turns as we found more and more rotted wood on the first and second story framing. We required a change order to accomplish all of the things that we found wrong, and given the scope of the final project, I just had to get the work done and worry about the cost later. In the end, Chris's crew replaced about 80% of the entire balcony, salvaging whatever areas they could. And the final product looks great! The additional cost was very fair and reasonable. I will hire Chris again in the future and highly recommend him for any general contractor requirements! Fair price, quality work -- it doesn't get any better!"
