"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. He connected me with a designer & engineer and got it all permitted with the county in record time. A few weeks later the work was completed within time estimate and on budget. The crew was fantastic, respectful & polite and always left the worksite tidied and free of debris. More importantly, the quality of work was exceptional. "We have only good words and gratitude towards this company. they treated us like family in every aspect. They gave us a very good price and did an outstanding job. They always punctual and left very late in the afternoon to make sure they could finish on time. We needed the job completed on a specific time frame because we were going on vacation. they were the only company that said that it could be done, and it was done in a professional manner. We will always be grateful for this. The installation was on the second floor of the house, so we moved everything to the first floor. To our surprise, it was very fast and an easy going project, expect no mess, except for moving the objects out of the way. I also want to highlight their professional way of doing business, always answered phone calls and emails, always informed us of the next step. The outcome is beautiful wood floors that at a delight for the eye of everyone that comes to visit. "All went well. Robert came to the house,asked what I wanted, took some measurements, loaded them into his computer, and came up with the design below. About a week later he called and asked when to install it. Agreed on a day, the installer, Sein (spelling might be wrong) showed up on time, Backed the truck into the drive, and went to work. About four hours later, he was cleaning up and driving away. The second picture is the pantry with the shelves loaded.. The shelves are 19 1/2 "W and 32" D with 100% roll out and 100 pound capacity. Premier Closets will be back to add two roll out shelves to a cabinet, under the island counter top, with a 15" overhang for the breakfast counter...where things go and are never seen again!! Right now, we are making some modifications to the plans for the office...can't wait....More to come!!"

"When I posted my request to Angi, I promptly received an email from New Life Handyman Services (Joe Tragulia) stating that he was interested in doing the work for me. I replied back to him and then he followed up by calling me and asking if I would send him pictures of the needed repair and I did. Within minutes, he called me saying he was confident he could do the repair and informed me of his pricing structure. We scheduled a time for him to come to my house and was on time as he stated. He looked at the job and explained what we was going to do and I agreed. He took a trip to Home Depot and purchased what he needed (he gave me the receipt) and then made the repair. I watched him work and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. In short order, he finished, cleaned the area all in 2 hours. The price was totally unexpected, because the other contractors didn't want to do such a small repair or told me it was a difficult area to access the location on a 2nd floor dormer and would either need to build scaffolding and or tie-off with harnesses, which would have been very costly. Joe and his partner were confident and needed neither of that and had no problem reaching it. What could easily have cost me thousands from other contractors that I feel were going to gouge me, Joe did it for hundreds. He is an absolute Professional along with a very pleasant demeanor, along with very very reasonable pricing. Both my wife and I agreed we chose the right contractor to to the work for us and made us feel very comfortable that he was honest and did a fabulous job. "I needed a number of areas painted, so I didn't want to go for that 2 or 3 room nonsense. I wanted to hire a painter for a day and pay them by the hour. I found exactly that with JH7 Remodeling & Paint. I used them for 10 hours one day and 2 hours the following day to get everything done. The painting performed was done by 1 painter. He did superior work. He was professional and courteous. There was a language barrier since he spoke little English, but we communicated well enough to get everything completed. I couldn't be happier with my paint selections, and the work they did. I would hire them again easily. I highly recommend them."

"Frank and his assistant Colby arrived promptly on schedule and inquired as to my concerns regarding roof leaks. Upon inspecting the 16 year old roof, they immediately and accurately identified multiple damaged areas and set about repairing one leak on the spot. As the more seriously damaged area required significantly more work, they agreed to return with the needed supplies to complete the job, which they did. As most homeowners, I have had many dealings with service providers over the years and seldom have I experienced the level of integrity and professionalism exhibited by this company. Frank advised me of the expected lifespan remaining in the roof and rather than try to sell me other than what was necessary, he did the repairs for a reasonable price in a timely manner. We have had some significant rain recently and the leaks are gone. Very relieved and pleased."
