Curt came out and proved that we did have damage from the storm, and got our claim approved! His crew came out and replaced our roof in one afternoon! The guys were polite and hard working, they let our teenage son "help" and showed him what hard work really is. They were so nice to him and showed him so much we were very impressed. WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOUTH METRO HOMES!!!!!"

"Steve was great to work with and gave us a great price compared to other contractors. His crew was very meticulous and exact and cleaned up every day. The boss, Alfredo, was pleasantly polite and took care of everything that was needed as well as things that I asked for that were probably stretching the bid/project. I would let Steve know about things that I had Alfredo do for us and Steve was okay with these minor requests and did not charge us extra. Part of this bid was to replace and rebuild our stairs from the three-season porch down to the lower deck and his carpenter Jim did a great job as well. GOOD JOB STEVE! "The initial work of replacing fascia, soffits and gutters was done professionally and quickly. For that they rate four stars. However, there was a repair that needed to be fixed. Repeated requests, over the past several months by email, text, and phone, have received little to no response. The repair is still not completed."
