They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. "The following are some of the key points associated with the efforts by Lakewoods Remodeling:
- They were the third contractor to look at the leak I had into my house.  The other two contractors were not able to identify the problem.  Lakewoods Remodeling did.
- They identified that the leak was due to the sliding and not the roof.  However, there was a concern that removing and reattaching the 25 year old sliding would be difficult.  The siding was no longer available and I didn't want to pay for all new siding.  Lakewoods Remodeling did a detailed analysis on my situation and guaranteed that they could remove the old siding, make the repair, and reattach the old siding.
- They successfully completed the repair and did such a good job that myself and my wife had no idea that the work had been completed while we were at work.  It looked just like before and there was no evidence that they had been there.
In summary, they solved a difficult problem, had the unique skills to correct the problem, and completed the repair efficiently.  Also, the price was very reasonable."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. "Anthony was on top of the entire project and kept us informed of the entire process. Anthony called ahead to inform us when the dumpster and materials would be delivered a couple of days before the job was supposed to start and when his crew found that the decking on my house needed to be replaced, Anthony contacted our insurance company and got it replaced without any extra work on our part. Anthony's crew replaced the entire roof and four skylights in less than two days. Anthony even came to our house on three separate occasions to run a magnet over our landscape to make sure there were no nails or material left behind that could cause a problem down the road. Would gladly recommend Anthony to all our friends."

"Working with the teams that completed the actual work on my new siding, roof, and gutters were great! However, dealing with the sales managers in the office was incredibly disappointing. I was told my contract was *all inclusive* when I signed, yet my drip edges were not replaced and then I was told that they were not in the contract. Then my gutters needed an additional 25 that was not in the contract. An additional $250 later, and all was done. No concessions, no apologies for their mistakes."

"Both installers did a very good job, they were polite, respectful, and diligent. There is still a very tiny piece of debris in between the glass of one of the window windows. There needs to be better quality control when these panes of glass are put together to make sure they are completely debris and smudge free. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work that the technicians did"
