"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

I almost feel bad that I negotiated at the beginning because they were more than worth what I paid. I have zero complaints—the quartz countertop looks amazing and perfectly ties together my vision for the vanity. They also went above and beyond by cutting stone pieces for my shower, which were complicated and not something they typically handle, yet they gladly stepped in to help. I chose them partly because I made an instant connection on day one, and I’m so glad I did—they were truly lovely to work with every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone!"

"BEWARE: DO NOT USE PLEASE! I signed a contract on 5/27/25 for a kitchen remodel including cabinet refacing. The service, timing, and end result was horrible. After a series of missed starts, and delays upon more delays, the project was not completed until September. Throughout the process there were incorrect dates, missed timelines, people showing up late and not at all. I have documentation of each of more than a dozen of such instances. The coordinator, Mark, was unpleasant and unprofessional, never helpful with these delays and only telling me that?s ?the way this works?, as if that is an acceptable response. I am a single mom and my kitchen was left in shambles each day, completely unusable. The delays, missed work to accommodate their schedules, which most of the time they didn?t show up even after I took off work, coupled with the number of times I was forced to eat out, made my life a stressful hell for months. "Marcos and his crew redid my back patio by pitching it away from the house so water would drain . He also added on to the patio using both my pavers and additional ones . He used Belgian blocks as an edge. Most importantly, he fit pieces perfectly around areas which could not use a whole paver. Magnificent job all around."
