"We bought the big deal from this company to have our shower, which is made of Travertine, and quot;deep cleaned.and quot; When the person came out to look at it, they said that a deep clean wouldn't be enough to remove the hard water build up in the shower. I clean the shower fairly regularly but, since it is a natural stone, you aren't supposed to use things like CLR to remove lime build up that the softener doesn't remove. So, he gave us a quote for an additional $500 to clean the shower. It felt like a total up-sell. I called Angie's List and they refunded our money. <br /> I am now wary of the Big Deal because it can be used for either a bait and switch or you feel like you are constanly being upsold. <br /> <br />"

One section was cut short, fortunately they were able to obtain more granite from the same lot, cut a new piece and brought it out within less thana a week. Sealed and caulked all surfaces, cleaned up all debris, removed old counter and advised on how to care for the new top. Excellent work, crew was all very friendly and accomodating and worked hard. I needed two corners of the space for a gas cooktop to be made larger so the new cooktop would fit into the space of the old cooktop. Bruce filed the two corners. He then sealed the corners and resealed the four sides of the cooktop space. He cleaned the work area and everything looked and fit perfectly!
