"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"The service went pretty well. They came out in a fairly reasonable time. The cost went over the $3,995 Big Deal. It is all based on measurements and so forth. Part of the reason why I had it done was my roof was leaking. In probably two months after we got the spring rains, I do not think the leak area got fixed. "Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We chose The Home Improvement Co. They were neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. "They do not wear booties or vacuum up any of the sanded plaster.  It was a big job for me to clean it up. They got grey filler from the ceiling on my wallpaper. Most of the ceiling was pretty smooth- but far from perfect. Some lumps and holes. I was disappointed

"I took advantage of the Angie's List deal of $99 for the gutter and roof cleaning.  While I normally do my own gutter cleaning; due to recent shoulder surgery, I am unable to do so this year, so for the price, I couldn't pass this up.  Plus, there was some asphalt roof debris on my roof, thanks to the house next door.  :/  While initial communication rapport could have been better, Mr. Scott made up for it, with timely and frequent communication in the end.  From what I can tell (since I can't climb up a ladder at the moment!), the roof and gutters both appear to have been cleared off all leaves and debris, as visible from the sidewalk and what water is coming out of the downspouts.  Thanks Roofing Service Specialists!"
