His price was a little lower than the other quotes (our insurance would not cover the expense). We were a little concerned when the Mexicans showed up and started working on the roof. Apparently sub-contracting is very common during the busy summer time. When the sub-contractors were done after 1.5 days, John came to inspect the roof and the ground around the house. He was not happy and called the sub-contractors back to fix some issues on the roof and clean the ground. After that, he was still not satisfied. He brought his own team onto the roof and did some more work for a few hours. Overall, we were satisfied the Wolf Restoration. John was nice and responsible. We also appreciate him helping us in the process of filing the claim for the defective shingles.   We would recommend him to friends and neighbors. <br />"

"I am impressed so far. When my house was built, they did not put on the plastic wrap before the siding. Mr. Hempel took the time to tape up any holes in the old siding to ensure no water got in before the new and "correct" way was done. He also saw that they did not put in the proper number of roof vents and he did when they put new shingles on. He and his team have been professional in behavior and work ethic. Even though the job isnt quite finished yet...I give him a big thanks!"
