He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. "The came on time and removed the old water heater. When they brought the new unit in to install, it was 2 inches larger than the older unit and would not fit in the opening. So, they had to take it back and get a smaller unit. It was a little inconvenient to add a couple hours to the whole process, but it was understandable with the given circumstances. Once they arrived with the smaller unit, it went in quick and easy. Problem fixed!"
