They were hands down the lowest bid which is a concern in general however they did the job as contracted and the results were excellent. The only issue I had with the company was communication. Although it did not affect the timelines or the outcome, waiting days or a week for the reply to a phone call or email left me concerned at times. All in all an outstanding job."

"Dorch Design has restored my faith in carpenters. They provided a detailed estimate and then worked with us to help us figure out exactly what we wanted and how that would impact the estimate. They communicated often and specifically on what they were doing and when they were planning to install. They arrived right when they said they would. They built and installed a beautiful and very well-constructed bench that we will enjoy for years to come. Their extremely high level of professionalism was greatly appreciated."

"What encouraged me to hire Gallant Construction was the fact that they responded to my project request in less than 24 hours by phone on the next morning. He was at my home within 3 hours to inspect the project and provide a verbal estimate. A few short hours later received an email with a written estimate and projected start date. Responsiveness was very important. Shawn Gallant and his crew showed up early and on schedule. His crew were polite, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. A serious problem was discovered throughout the project and they worked relentlessly to resolve the issue to its completion and the satisfaction for both Shawn and his crew and us. The crew at times made extra efforts to ensure that no further issues developed during the project and that we were not inconvenienced. Would I hire Gallant Construction again? I did.
