"The upstairs bathrooms need updated in our early '70's house.  The Blue bathroom had a blue cast iron tub with a different shade blue enclosure.  Another bathroom had a one-piece vanity /sink.  The sink was damaged (but not leaking) where a teen had used some paint stripping chemicals.  Tub Pro answered my e-mail from Angie's list within 24 hours.  He came to give me a quote with in a few days.  The work was completed in 4 hours a few more days later.  The work looks very nice.  The tub is now white, with no evidence it was ever blue.  He gave me a 5 year warranty.  
Very Prompt.  He called to give estimate of time he would arrive.  The bill was exactly the quote with no surprises.  I made sure to get a few of his business cards for my friends.

"I called JAL to work on my master bathroom after the toilet leaked. They did a great job fixing the hallway & a/c access where the toilet leaked out into and remodeling the entire bathroom. I can't even tell where the flood cuts were anymore. They were able to get started soon after I requested a quote, and worked hard every day (and kept the area clean as they worked). The glass for the shower took a while to come in, but that was the only delay. Jose gets bonus points for working around my crazy work schedule!"

"All of Bob's Painting people I dealt with were excellent.  Estimate, pre-paint, and painting have well done professionally.
I had two other estimates. Bob's painting was not the lowest price however; Bob (owner) presented very likable personality and professionalism when he provided me an estimate.  I'm very happy and satisfied using them.  My house looks like a newly build house with fresh stucco paint and front door.  My drive way is remarkably clean comparing with my neighbors'.  As a matter of fact, one of my neighbor just hired some handyman for power wash their driveway . . . . sorry, but my neighbor wasted money. . .
