"My apologies to the company...I don't recall the gentleman's name that responded but he was very friendly and professional, and provided some good education on roof repair for me while performing the work. As a result of recent thunderstorms a 4-foot section of roof raised up, due to nails failing to hold. The gentleman who came over said that shouldn't have happened but was successfully able to both restore the roof and add additional reinforcement to that area. He also walked around on the rest of the roof and made a few additional minor repairs/reinforcements. Admittedly, the cost was a bit much for about 1 hour worth of work, but reading online that isn't abnormal. It did influence me to look into a home warranty to cover future similar incidents. I will definitely consider this company for future work though."

"I met Robert Reid of Bright Green Roof Central Florida while working with him on an unrelated matter when I mentioned the expense I was about to encounter putting on a new roof at my parents' home on the golf course in New Smyrna Beach. I was getting ready to list the property for sale when Hurricane lan hit, and I was told by my insurance company a new roof was required. Two roofers provided estimates in excess of $24,000. After signing a roofing contract I met Robert and learned about the roof rejuvenation and 5-year warranty. I cancelled the reroof contract for $1500, had Robert do the rejuvenation and saved almost $20,000. The roof looks beautiful as the original color and flexibility of the asphalt shingles were restored. The home was subsequently listed for sale, sold for full price and easily passed roof inspection. Robert was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. I was so pleased with the outcome I had him rejuvenate the roof on my gazebo in Orange City. It looks beautiful, and l'll do the same on my home in a couple of years. Attached are photos of both projects."
