"Corey arrived actually early, immediately took off his shoes to protect my floors. We went into the bathroom to assess where to places the hardware. He was very helpful in advising to put the grab bars on a slight slant which I appreciated. He cautioned that the installation of one grab bar in the shower area could be a problem because of potential cracking of the travertine tile. I chose to take the risk. All the installations were trouble free and accomplished in record time. I then asked him to take a look at a bifold mirrored door in the bathroom that would not close and had stumped two visits by Lowe's reps. He fixed this also in record time. While he was on site he was friendly, respectful and even insistent on cleaning up some minor debris before he left. Overall it was a pleasure to work with him and in fact I asked him to return a do a paint job in the near future. Highly recommended to one and all."

"I have a older home, 40s, that had the original windows in it. As with all things, with age comes deterioration. I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. "I chose Yard Dog because of assurances made when they came out to give me an estimate, including that I would not be charged until they had inspected the fence with me and made sure I was completely satisfied. Their estimate was a little more expensive than the other one that I got, but they promised such good customer service that I chose them. They installed the fence when the temperature had been well below freezing for several days. It looked nice after installation, but there were several places where the fence seemed high to me, stopping an inch or two off the ground, and there was cement left splashed up a few of the posts. I also wanted the gate latch put on the inside of the gate instead of facing the sidewalk. I called to set up the inspection that had been promised and left a voicemail message. A few days later, two workers showed up unannounced first thing in the morning and said they were there to fix the gate latch. I had an early meeting and had to leave. I asked if I could set up another appointment when I could go over all of my questions. They said no, they had to fix the gate latch then. I told them what I wanted -- the latch to be put on the inside -- and then had to leave. I called Yard Dog that morning and spoke with a woman who apologized for the unscheduled visit and promised me that I would be put on the top of the list for "the man who handles all of our inspections" to set up an appointment with me. When I got home, the gate had been taken off and installed backwards, which, granted, did put the latch inside the fence. That was at the end of January. I have not heard anything from Yard Dog since, despite calling and sending email. I'm posting this review in hopes of getting a response so that I can close my account and be done. It's a fine fence and I'm happy to have it, but the customer service since its installation has been baffling.   <br> <br> <br> <br>"
