Joe is responsible obtaining all the necessary permits and inspections and hires quality people. The final product of the bathroom is just what I dreamed. The only major snag we encountered was the shower glass supplier (who was not Joes usual supplier) encountered some delays in the delivery and it impacted timing for the final completion of the project. I’d recommend Silmac again wholeheartedly!"
