The project consisted of replacing the old clapboard and shingle siding with James Hardie fiber cement cedar mill planks. The project turned out great! Everyone who has seen it have had nothing but good comments about it. I’ve even had my neighbor request contact information for Beantown to get an estimate about a project he is looking to have done. The owner, Jim DelPrete, was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project. Initially, the project’s start date was estimated to be in August, but Jim was able to get a crew to start in June. Throughout the project, Jim would stop by to check on the progress and he would always respond promptly if a question arose. Janice was also extremely helpful throughout the whole project, whether it was to stop by to take measurements or to field a number of inquiries by phone. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. The work crew was excellent and put in long days to complete the project in a little over a weeks time. "Division we had for our dining room was achieved. We had cabinetry and bookshelves in our dining room that were replaced by curio cabinets, and totally repainted to match our furniture. US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. JR, the owner, was very cooperative, and provided photos at each step of the renovation, since we were away during that time. If we have a painting or renovation project, we will use them again."

"My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

"The result was fantastic. Went extra steps to take care of things. Had the whole house and garage done. Very efficient, diligent and detail-oriented crew. Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."
