"I would highly recommend JAZ Grout Restorer's. From the beginning Anthony and his team were unbelievable. I sent pictures, Anthony came and inspected what needed to be done, explained the process and the time involved and provided me with a very fair price. He also worked within the timeframe of my schedule which was an extra touch. They arrived early on the first day, did what needed to be done that day, cleaned up to where you could not even tell that they had been here except for the color of the new grout. Returned as scheduled 2 days later to complete the project. Once again they arrived early and got to work immediately. Completed the project, cleaned up departed. Anthony is a master at his craft. Our tile is older, and not made any more. I did not have any spare tiles. Anthony was able to remove what needed to be removed without breaking any, recemented and grouted them back in. I highly recommend Anthony and his team and will use them again if needed. Thank You"

"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."

"Horribly. I had my terrazzo floors supposedly diamond sanded to the tune of more than $3,000.00. The results were nothing like the results depicted in “before and after” photos here. My floors were clean , but they still looked pretty much the same as before. I was disappointed, but didn’t make a fuss. However, in the 3-4 weeks since Total Finish treated my floors, large numbers of deep holes have been appearing in my floor, as if it is disintegrating. This morning so many new holes appeared that I called Lorenzo in a panic. He came by this evening and before even getting from the front door to the living room (while he was still in the entryway), declared that the damage had already been there (even before seeing all of the damage). He then implied that I was lying. I immediately called the realtor and former homeowner IN FRONT of Lorenzo. When the former owner confirmed that the floors were not damaged at the time of sale, Lorenzo again insinuated that I was lying, implying that I wasn’t actually talking to the former owner. I then texted several other witnesses who confirmed the previous condition of my floors, yet Lorenzo refused to even consider that they might have caused the damage. The fact that he appeared to abdicate all responsibility before even seeing the extent of the damage, as well as calling me a liar, was disappointing. This is not the way a decent, honorable, honest, and ethical company does business. I am a nurse and work hard for my money. I don’t have $3500 to flush down the drain and then pay even more to fix the damage this company caused. He then sent me a partial video in which the guys who actually worked on the floors appear to complain about not being tipped? Regardless, the video does not depict the damage I am complaining of, nor did Lorenzo even examine the damage! This is not the way our fathers did business."

"Horrific, the concrete dust and dirt from carpet removal went through the entire house. We had to deep clean the entire house including beams of cathedral ceilings and got sick from the dust. When they laid the tiles (wood plank type) they did not mix the repeating designs as they were supposed to. Result, a horrible looking floor with lots of repeats next to each other. Company inspected it and agreed that it is defective, but they refused to fix it and instead demanded full pay. With attorney and law suit we got our money back and had another company replace all the floors."
