There were some hiccups on my end with ordering wrong sizes/wrong colors etc and everyone was really helpful in getting the right pieces and information for the reno to continue running smoothy and stress free. I felt taken care of from initial quote to completion and highly recommend his team. His design was creative and we were able to get the necessary components – cabinets, quartz counter-top, appliances, etc. – at reduced prices. The workmanship was excellent. The plumber and electrician that Dave used were also top-notch. My fuse box was upgraded to circuit breakers and, as a side job, my bathroom sink was replaced with one I could actually use. The work was completed quickly as promised with the only delay being caused by the wait for delivery of my stove and microwave. "TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"

"We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."

"I hired Gaudioso Contracting for a bathroom remodel, washing machine plumbing installation, new floor installation and doors. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work. Change orders were added on as needed for our project without issue. The quote I was given was broken down by line item and very accurate. I was also in frequent communication via email, text, and FaceTime throughout the entire renovation process to ensure line items were addressed. I did not use their design services (which are offered) as I already had everything established and ready to order. The vendors that were suggested to me worked out well for our flooring needs. While the rooms in our apartment were protected from mess and dust, we had to request additional protection in our kitchen for cabinets and countertops. All in all, I am very satisfied with all of the work, I've recommended them to some friends and neighbors, as well as re-hired them for an upcoming job."
