"The Arta team is fantastic. They were on schedule every single day of our 3 month renovation (we brought the entire interior of the upstairs down to the studs). Their specific attention to detail left me confident at the end of every day that things would be done correctly and on schedule. We installed really high end furniture, fixtures and materials which they treated with care. Andy knew right away what was possible for our renovations, he was super clear with how things would go, what would be done and when. He checked in on us regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress and that all our needs were being met. When we were met with unexpected termite damage, the Arta team was super communicative and worked with us to resolve with little to no set back in schedule. Most importantly this team does not cut corners. They take the time to do it the right way. When I had any questions at all Andy was always available to reach over the phone or in person. We will definitely be using Arta Construction for all our construction / home renovation needs going forward."

We did remodeling of kitchen, bathroom, and living room (involving lighting, kitchen tiles, some floor work, replacement of doors, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, painting walls) and they were professional, and reliable. Despite of many challenges that are common in NYC remodeling projects, they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and timeline. They were transparent and were always willing to hear client’s needs and worked hard to ensure high quality jobs."

"Domenick is a professional craftsman. He kept to a tight schedule, always showed up on time and did a great job. He gave us creative ideas that would work in our space. Domenick and his team were pleasant to work with. From the moment they entered our home they worked a full day and showed up everyday. Domenick enjoys and takes pride in his work. We are extremely pleased with the final result. Our basement bathroom was transformed into an oasis with a spa feel. The main area in the basement and hallway leading to the basement was also transformed into a warm, welcoming living space. The work he performed in 3 weeks was: Build a new shower/tile with a design/create a shower bench/install shower panel/tile behind the vanity with the design trim/install the vanity/move plumbing, gas and electrical for the shower and vanity with light fixture/tile the floor/install a stackable washer and dryer/build out a wall to divide the storage area and heat unit/install a sliding barn door/paint the bathroom, main room and hallway up to the kitchen door/ installed 3 windows, an air conditioner and installed recessed lighting in the bathroom/installed interlocking vinyl flooring in the storage area, main room and stairs (repaired two broken stairs and lots of extras, e.g. installed a lighting fixture in the hallway by the stair landing, a make up/shaving mirror in the bathroom, installed window treatments and assembled a 70 inch TV storage cabinet). We have booked him for future projects. We highly recommend Domenick and his team."

"I hired Gaudioso Contracting for a bathroom remodel, washing machine plumbing installation, new floor installation and doors. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work. Change orders were added on as needed for our project without issue. The quote I was given was broken down by line item and very accurate. I was also in frequent communication via email, text, and FaceTime throughout the entire renovation process to ensure line items were addressed. I did not use their design services (which are offered) as I already had everything established and ready to order. The vendors that were suggested to me worked out well for our flooring needs. While the rooms in our apartment were protected from mess and dust, we had to request additional protection in our kitchen for cabinets and countertops. All in all, I am very satisfied with all of the work, I've recommended them to some friends and neighbors, as well as re-hired them for an upcoming job."

"We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."

"My wife and I are very pleased with the work done by Matteo, Jose, Vicente and Juan. Matteo presented us with reasonable estimates for the two jobs we wanted done. One bathroom was gutted and renovated. It looks absolutely wonderful now. My wife and I provided the materials, but Matt was helpful in making suggestions. Jose added a control panel that now allows us to control water flow to the other bathroom and kitchen without having to turn off the water for the building. The master bedroom/studio was painted and looks great.. Among other things, they fixed a slanted doorway and replaced a door. We'd highly recommend them."

David has a great team of plumbers, electricians and workers who get the job done. Communication was great, the team was on time and thorough in explaining next steps in the process. There were some hiccups on my end with ordering wrong sizes/wrong colors etc and everyone was really helpful in getting the right pieces and information for the reno to continue running smoothy and stress free. I felt taken care of from initial quote to completion and highly recommend his team. I have worked with other contractors in the past that did not deliver results and I'm glad to have found this team. I will be using David and his team for future projects and highly recommend them to others."
