"We hired Abdul, of RRS Builders, to take over a stalled deck construction and installation project from a previous contractor who had disappeared with our money. We had a hard time finding someone to take over the partially-started, messy job, requiring many corrections. We found RRS through the subcontractor who had fabricated the frame of the deck, and had also been robbed by the first contractor. Before signing a contract, we thoroughly researched RRS and Abdul through a private investigator, who found no problems. Abdul corrected all of the first contractor's mistakes and built us a beautiful deck in just a couple weeks. His crew was reliable, meticulous, and respectful and his pricing was reasonable. DOB immediately approved the deck on our land marked building without any issues. We would love to work with Abdul again and will go to RRS immediately with any future jobs."

"CMC's Carlos called me and scheduled an appointment to come out the same day to inspect my vinyl siding, which came down in the last big storm in my area. He showed up the following day and went to work. He and his team were thorough, and Carlos kept me updated throughout the process. I will be calling CMC back for future jobs. Do not hesitate to hire them."

"We hired this pro to repair our sidewalk as we got a violation letter from NYC DOT. They took complete responsibility on the case-from requesting a permit for the project, thorough a quick and efficient repair till contacting DOT to remove the violation. The repair was well organized, neat and accurate. My sidewalk looks really good now. Malik gave me further instructions and followed up with me next day to check if we are happy with the job. He assured they will make any fix promptly if there is a need. I highly recommend this pro to anyone who needs help with wide range of such projects. Thanks a million, Malik!"

"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ny/forest-hills/royal-roofing-and-siding-reviews-8742530.htm We had a leak that kept showing up after heavier rain and couldn?t figure out exactly where the water was getting in. Royal Roofing and Siding came out, checked the area, and found that the flashing along one section of the roof had started failing. They showed us what they found before doing anything and explained how they planned to repair it. They removed the problem section, replaced the flashing and sealed everything back up. The crew was easy to deal with and didn?t leave a mess around the house when they finished. We?ve had a few pretty heavy rains since the repair and haven?t seen the water come back. Glad we were able to fix the actual problem without turning it into a much bigger roofing job."

"John did phenomenal work on my job, and went the extra mile to make sure the quality was top-notch. I have a few friends who are professional carpenters, and they were very impressed with the job he did; he never cut corners and made sure the deck was solid, well-supported, and safe. We are thrilled with how the deck came out and would most definitely use Timeless again for future work."
