"SwiftBuild Construction replaced my roof and gutters as well as repaired some exterior woodwork. The experience was professional, no new upcharges came up that were not discussed at the time of the contract, if some issues were found they completed the work without any adjustments to the price. The site was cleaned up completely, their supervisors were on site all the time to answer any questions. Prices were competitive and the work schedule was followed closely. Completely satisfied."

"John and his crew were easy to work with. He stuck to his quote, worked with us on payment, and worked with the vendors when there were any issues with material or timing. John always kept us in the loop in regards to when different stages of the project would be completed. He even worked with our neighbors since the deck and fence are up to the property line. I've already recommended John and Timeless Decks to a few friends and I definitely recommend him here!"

"Fabricio was amazing. He called me only minutes after requesting a quote and showed up within hours to review the work and give an estimate. He kept his word on what times he would come to perform the repairs and how much he would charge. His work was neat, deliberate, and professional. I will call him again for any similar work that is needed. I would absolutely recommend him for drywall repair and painting."

"It was raining in my apartment when I met David. He came by to assess the leak/water damage, advise on what needed to be done, provide an estimate and schedule an appointment once the rain stopped. From his call to discuss the job minutes from when I hit submit on the request to his walking me through what was needed and each task, he was nothing but professional/helpful. There were some challenges getting a tall ladder in to my building/up the stairs but David was able to come up with a solution to make it work. He's a hard worker, cares about doing a good job, has a great team and does excellent work. I highly recommend David and the Smart Home Repair team."

"They did a good job on leak repair on my roof. Professional crew, timely response."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
