"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"This is my 5th using Mazgan HVAC services. A technician came out to diagnose my leak issue, in the end, no fixes came about. It’s $229/hour just to diagnose and they charged me $95 to insulate my unit that did not alleviate the issue at all. I spent over $600 just to diagnose, then they wanted me to pay an additional $840 for an HVAC pump and labor. Note that the $600 does NOT go towards actually fixing the issue. No explanation on why the pump itself is so expensive. Why not charge just for the pump and labor separately? I ended up with another company and they fixed all 3 of my pumps for $500. I called and emailed to ask for a refund, and have not received any responses. I will never use this company again."
