They charged me an extra $450 with ridiculous excuses, like not declaring a $20 mirror and other insignificant items. Then they started adding more made-up fees, like $75 for every additional 50 feet ? something that was never clearly explained upfront. They promised delivery in 9?10 days. That was a lie. My belongings showed up 18 days later, with no accountability or proper explanation. The payment situation was another disaster: after initially accepting credit cards, at pickup they suddenly said they no longer accepted cards and that I had to pay in cash. They literally change the rules whenever it suits them. After arguing with multiple people, they ?accepted? my card, but split the payment into two transactions just to charge me double processing fees. Completely abusive.
