It was try number 5, after dealing with hard sells to rip up my basement floor taking hours, upsells, price increases, false warranties, wasting my time, this company was a breath of fresh air. They gave me a price (which was good) over the phone of which they honored. They did not try to upsell me at all, but simply offered me a choice, I could use Epoxy or the foam. They explained why the foam was better, and since had a lifetime warranty on either, we just used the foam. The guy did the work right there on the spot, and was done a few hours later, leaving no mess. We just had a huge rain, and no leaks... dry basement. These guys are the ones to hire... no sales people to waste your time measuring and calculating... just the person who does the work giving you an honest assessment and then doing it. Nice to see some of those still exist!"

"I cannot recommend Landscrete Inc. enough. We had steps installed > 20 years ago. Over time, we noticed the steps shifting, becoming a tripping hazard. We found out that the original installer did not remove the stoop underneath. Landscrete came in removed the existing step, along with the stoop and remade the steps better than before. We also had our retaining wall around our patio and 4 trees redone. Landscrete did a remarkable job which will last for years. The guys were respectful of the surrounding areas, cleaned up after everything was done, and protected the grass from becoming mud. If we do more hardscaping in the future we will definitely be using Landscrete again. Jaime, the owner is easy to get in touch with and very responsive."

"Overall performance was exemplary.  It took about  two weeks to complete the work with generally three men (occasionally two ) on the job.  Although there was some turnover of personnel on the job, all workers were experienced, professional and personable.  Quite a few man days were dedicated to preparation, cleaning and scraping.  Virtually all surfaces had to be primed before painting.  Shrubs were protected and the job site was cleaned up each day.  The only negative was a failure to complete the job by a specific date even though it was represented that additional crew would be assigned to meet this timetable.   <br /> I consider this firm to be a quality, high class operation.  High quality work at a competitive price.  I would highly recommend them. <br />"
