"I contacted Roof Renew Pros after receiving a flier in the mail. I called and spoke to Barb who did a great job of explaining their unique process which is a wash and rinse method that does not use chlorine or any other harsh chemical products; nor is any high pressure washing done. She came and inspected the house and garage and provided a detailed description of what was found and a quote . I decided to have the roof and siding cleaned on both the house and the garage. The job result was fantastic! One person commented "Your siding looks new!". Barb was extremely helpful during the whole process and the crew was great---no mess or damage to plants at all! He quickly scheduled a follow-up and sent his team to fix it in a short period of time. In these days you can easily find any contractors do the work and work away with your money. Then a truck with four professional installers and all necessary supplies came at 8:45AM the next day on Thanksgiving and by 2:00PM my entire attic was completely and perfectly insulated. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable of the product and created a spectacular design and assisted w/ the financing of my project. He was always available to answer all questions. The Project Manager Anthony communicated daily with project updates and was extremely responsive to questions and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. "The job was completed by the agreed upon price, and the house was secure and warm again, within a week, as Pete promised. The interior work will be ongoing, as it was the holidays, he will come back in a few weeks to finish the interior of the attic. As noted we have hire Pete during the last 4 years for various projects, if something breaks or is not working he comes back and tries to repair or re-install it. And it generally is a item that I purchased! through no fault of his that it has failed! There are times when a manufacture discontinues making the item and parts, so it is the homeowners responsibility to replace it at their cost, which we had to do once and realize it happens, it is part of the construction/renovation process!"
