He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend MJA to anyone considering inside or outside renovation or repairs; they're honest and give a fair price and will go through things step by step with you which nearly impossible to find and a real treasure once you do."

Fortunately, I find GAF is the major supplier of roof supplier and its MasterElite provides a good list of companies. Still, interview many from the list is very helpful and educational. There are still quite differences among them from the list. One asked me to sign the contract right on the spot. Fortunately, I did not. Later, I found they had the highest price. I chose Acorn. He owner, Mike, came did the estimate. The job was done as promised. The roof looks good."

"The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

I called and they responded which was good, they sent people to the house and hopefully repaired the leak but now I have to fix the water damage(to sheetrock) myself for the second time."
