First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."

"Mike was great to work with. I hired him to renovate my primary bedroom and bath. While the bedroom only needed a basic refresh, the bathroom was a full gut remodel including moving fixtures and windows. During the course of the project, we encountered many problems with infrastructure from prior remodels. He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. He also has a deep rolodex of excellent subcontractors for every piece of the work. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail. He worked clean and took care with my home throughout the process."

They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. When you look at the cost and the amount of time that they were here it was pretty expensive, but they did what they said they were going to do and so that was what we were looking for. They were prompt. They came out and looked at the job, scheduled it and came back when they said they would come, it was great."
