"Edwin was very professional and helpful. He explained things well and was very friendly. He worked very hard and well into the night to finish the job in one day. The salesman on the other hand, though friendly and efficient when he came to our house, left out the fact that the quarter round would not be varnished to match the molding and the floor . This leaves us with more work to do and therefore further expenses. We felt that this should have been included. Also, communication on the part of the salesman was lacking. He didn't leave a business card with us, and didn't call us to give us a heads up as to when the pros would be arriving. I had to call Customer service myself. And then, when I called, I got an answering machine 3 times. But the pros seemed to do a good job!"

"Amazing job. Sean and his crew were fantastic. Work was done timely, professional and above and beyond all my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any project."

"Marki was very professional and accommodating with what I needed. Dan and other worker were very professional and did an amazing job on my flooring. I couldn't be happier with the results. When ready, definately would have 360 Exact complete the rest of my home."

"Ben and his team were incredible, did an excellent job and made sure to provide updates throughout. Absolutely recommend for any flooring jobs!!"

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"was absolutely amazed by the work that they did. very nice people, trustworthy, hard workers. helped a great deal with design, and made sure that it was everything I was looking for. definitely recommend for anyone!"

"My floors had pet stains & I wasn’t sure if they would ever look good again. I also had some nails that were popping up & catching my socks. Lakeside did an awesome job refinishing the floors & fixing the nails. They came out looking shiny & new."

"WOW, can not rave enough over the incredible job done! I'll never call another!!"
